Karyn is blessed to have been an organizer, fundraiser, and performer for a number of cabarets benefiting such causes as the American Civil Liberties Union, The Southern Poverty Law Center, and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.  
 

Karyn also produced and directed the sold out hit, Curvy Cabaret, an evening of music and stories showcasing Bay Area leading ladies who have smashed stereotypes about beauty and belonging in an industry that often overlooks a curvy girl.  Adding a voice to the current movement surrounding positive body image, inclusion, and self worth Curvy Cabaret received positive media attention from The San Jose Mercury News and The Metro.
